The RegUSA Service Agreement outlines the Customer's responsibilities with regard to RegUSA's services.
In order
to take advantage of RegUSA's services, Customers must agree
to and sign the RegUSA Service Agreement. Please note that the address
listed on this agreement will be used when RegUSA returns your
completed paperwork. Simply fill out and send this completed form with
your first deal to be processed at RegUSA.

The
Estimated Fees Fax Sheet allows users to receive estimated
DMV fees for any vehicle other than a passenger car or pickup
truck. The Estimated Fees Fax Sheet must also be submitted by anyone requiring fees for a Title Only deal.
Once
we have received the Estimated Fees Fax Sheet, we will calculate
all related fees and contact you with an estimated
amount required to process a particular transaction. We will also provide
information regarding
to whom the associated check(s) must be made.

The National Vehicle Inquiry and National Driver's Record Request Form allows you to perform inquiries against vehicles and drivers' records.
To use
the National Vehicle Inquiry and National Driver's Record Request Form,
simply check the option on the left of the form for the inquiry you
wish to perform. There is no need to complete all fields on this form;
complete only those fields pertaining to the inquiry you are requesting.

The DMS Import Enrollment Agreement authorizes RegUSA (legally known as General Systems Solutions) to import customer and vehicle information from a dealership's Dealer Management System (DMS) or F&I system into the Online Registration System (OLRS) for the purpose of motor vehicle processing.
